At Rise Boutique & Co, each piece is thoughtfully curated and often ordered as part of a limited drop. Because of this, our return policy is slightly different from traditional retail.

Due to the nature of pre-orders and limited inventory, all sales are currently final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
We encourage you to review all product details, sizing information, and your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly once each drop closes, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.
If you need assistance, please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we want to make it right.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at riseboutiqueandco@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
After review, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Processing & Shipping Times
As a pre-order based boutique, items require time to be processed before shipping.
Please allow 10–14 business days for your order to be fulfilled, unless otherwise stated.
